We'll Beat the Lowest Prices

We will match or beat any listed price in Canada for a product of the same name, brand, model, and finish as the item displayed on our website up to 14 days after your purchase date, so long as the product is in-stock and available for purchase from the retailer, is not a pricing error, clearance, or sale pricing, and does not require a membership to order. The listed price is the total price quote from the retailer, which includes the price of the item plus shipping/delivery fees to your address. Products listed must be sold within Canada in order to qualify.

Furniture Returns

If you receive an item that you would like us to return, please contact us to first let us know. Items can be returned within 15 days. Shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Please unwrap your merchandise carefully, keeping in mind that merchandise can only be returned unassembled and in its complete original packaging. We understand that packaging will be opened for initial inspection by the customer and we expect a reasonable amount of wear from shipping and handling. However, any merchandise that is returned with damaged packaging may be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Note that some products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense. Shipments that are refused by the customer are considered returns and applicable charges will be deducted from your refund (see terms and conditions). Refunds are processed and appear on the original payment method within 1-7 business days. Shipping paid by the customer at the time of purchase, if applicable, is not refundable. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any item(s) will be deliverable based on careful consideration of the dimensions of the item(s), as stated on the website’s product listings, and any potential limitations of the customer’s dwelling. Any order that is not able to be delivered or is returned or refused due to limitations of a dwelling that prevent delivery, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as the cost of return shipping.

Damaged Shipments

We work with our distribution partners to make sure your merchandise arrives safely. However, damages from shipping and handling can sometimes occur. The process is easy: send us pictures and a description of the damages, we send you replacements. To help us protect you and your merchandise and enable us to make a claim on your behalf if items arrive damaged, it is important that you inspect all packaging carefully upon delivery before signing the "Proof of Delivery" receipt and report any damage to the packaging to the driver. 

If delivery is excepted, please notify us within 48 hours.

We recommend taking photos of damaged packaging before opening it. If you cannot inspect your merchandise upon delivery for any reason (e.g., you cannot unwrap the merchandise or do not immediately see any damages to merchandise or packaging), but suspect that it may be damaged, please declare the merchandise as damaged on the Proof of Delivery, before you sign. Signing a Proof of Delivery receipt without indicating any damages will free the transporter of all responsibility regarding loss or damage to your goods and will prevent us from filing damage claims on your behalf. Be sure to keep all original packaging as no damage or warranty claim can be filed without photos of the packaging and items cannot be returned without packaging.

1 Year Limited Warranty

Buona Furniture offers a 1-year warranty on all of its furniture products. Our warranty surpasses North American Safety Standards. All furniture is packaged and has been tested to ensure that it minimizes any risk of damage during shipping. Any products requiring assembly come with the necessary tools and instructions needed.

In order to claim a warranty, simply send us pictures, and we'll send you replacements. We will address any merchandise defects by sending replacement parts to you upon request. If the issue cannot be addressed with replacement parts, the product will be replaced. Should you wish to return the product instead, please refer to our returns policy.
